Lowes logra una pole ajustadísima; Rins séptimo a 0.2
La pole de Moto2 del GP de España ha estado carísima para los pilotos no en vano los doce primeros clasificados sólo se han separado por medio segundo.

Jerez de la Frontera.- Sam Lowes se ha llevado la pole position de Moto2 en una de las clasificaciones más ajustadas de la temporada, en la que los cuatro primeros han acabado en la misma milésima, con Folger segundo a 0.02, Cortese tercero a 0.03 y Morbidelli cuarto a 0.07, todo en un pestañeo. El suizo Luthi ha sido quinto a 0.1, igua que Baldasarri, sexto, mientras que el primer español, Alex Rins, saldrá séptimo desde la tercera fila de la parrilla a sólo 0.2 del poleman.
Peor aún saldrá el campeón de Moto2, Johann Zarco, que ha clasificado en 16º en una mala jornada para él. Quien sí ha conseguido dar un pasito adelante este fin de semana es Alex Márquez, noveno a 0.2 y Luis Salom, que saldrá décimo. Axel Pons ha sido P17, por delante de Simón P20, Vierge P22, Edgar Pons P23 e Isaac Viñales, que ha terminado el 25º.
