Una nueva era del Gran Premio de Detroit comienza este 2023, ya que el evento regresa a su hogar original en las calles del centro de Detroit. El nuevo Gran Premio contará con tres días completos de actividades y celebraciones en algunas de las zonas más populares y activas del centro de Detroit, en un nuevo circuito urbano de 1.7 millas y 10 curvas a lo largo de Jefferson Avenue, Bates Street, Atwater Street, St. Antoine, Franklin Street y Rivard.
