De Vries, junior de McLaren, lidera el último día de test de la F2
El rookie de la Fórmula 2 terminó el último día de pretemporada en Bahréin en lo más alto, con solo siete milésimas de ventaja sobre Oliver Rowland. Canamasas fue 17º.

Al igual que ocurrió en los dos primeros días, los tiempos más representativos fueron registrados por la mañana. El dúo de Prema, formado por Charles Leclerc y Antonio Fuoco, Nicholas Latifi y su compañero en DAMS, Oliver Rowland, llegaron a liderar la sesión matinal, pero fue De Vries quien se hizo con el mejor tiempo en la última media hora.
Su 1:40.583 rebajó en cuatro décimas el tiempo de Latifi en la segunda jornada de test en el circuito de Shakir.
El holandés superó a Rowland por apenas siete milésimas, con el protegido de Honda, Nobuharu Matsushita (ART) y Latifi por detrás, todos ellos separados por menos de una décima.
El top 3 de la GP3 2016 fue quinto, sexto y séptimo, con Fuoco, Alexander Albon (ART) y Leclerc, respectivamente.
El dúo de Arden Norman Nato y Sean Gelael fueron los siguientes, seguidos de la pareja de Russian Time, Artem Markelov y Luca Ghiotto.
De Vries también fue el más rápido por la tarde, pero su tiempo fue más de un segundo más rápido. Mientras que Johnny Cecotto fue segundo, Nato y Nabil Jeffri ocuparon el top 4. Sergio Canamasas fue 17º por la mañana, bajando en menos de una décima su tiempo de ayer.
